Naana, whose journey in music commenced at eleven within the church choir, later pursued her passion by studying musical theatre acting at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Her illustrious career has seen her grace the stages of London’s West End, leaving her mark in productions like Avenue Q, Caroline or Change, and originating the role of Cass in Made in Dagenham. Her talents extend to plays, where she’s shone at esteemed venues including the National Theatre, Young Vic Theatre, The Almeida, and Shakespeare’s Globe.

Naana’s exceptional performance as Yvonne in the musical Been so Long earned her a nomination for an Evening Standard award. She also features prominently on the original cast recordings for “Made in Dagenham” and “Been so Long.” Her television appearances include episodes of “Death in Paradise” and “Industry” for BBC One, rounding out her dynamic career in the performing arts.
