Mikaela Marie, born and raised in the UK, embarked on her musical journey from a young age, immersing herself in her father’s diverse collection of vinyl albums, tapes, CDs, and classic reel-to-reel recordings. Influenced by iconic artists such as The Clark Sisters, Earth Wind and Fire, Quincy Jones, and Michael Jackson, she developed a profound musical appreciation.

Coming from a traditional Gospel background, her musical talent was nurtured by her father, a renowned Choir Director and score writer, and British Choral and Orchestral Composer Ken Burton. Mikaela Marie grew up in a musical environment surrounded by her Godfather Paul Lee and her father’s SDA Choral.

She pursued her passion by studying BA(Hons) in Commercial Music under the mentorship of Master Choir Leader Mark Delisser. Mikaela Marie has since blossomed into an Artist, Session Vocalist, and Vocal Teacher/Producer. Her debut single, “Night To Day,” featuring industry legend Joey Bass, was released in 2021.

Throughout her career, Mikaela Marie has shared stages, appeared in music videos, and contributed her talents to charities and celebrities, including Stephen Lawrence’s parents, Ruby Wax, and Griff Rhys Jones. Her extensive vocal work spans various genres and includes collaborations with artists like Ed Sheeran, Imaani Saleem of Incognito, Liam Payne, and many more.

Mikaela Marie’s passion for delivering soulful and powerful performances continues to shine in genres such as Gospel, contemporary, Jazz, and various eclectic sounds, as she remains an integral part of the music industry’s vibrant landscape.
